About Mag. Hannes Reisenhofer:

After several years as finance and controlling director at manufacturing companies as well as managing director of an internationally active tax consulting company in Graz, Mag. Reisenhofer decided in spring 2011 to become self-employed with RSB Steuerberatung.

Even before that, he was shareholder/managing director of RWB Unternehmensberatung GmbH. Mag. Reisenhofer passed his tax adviser examination in 2002, at that time still as an employee of KPMG Alpentreuhand GmbH. Meanwhile, Mag. Reisenhofer is also a business consultant, Certified IFRS Accountant, Accredited Credit Adviser, and Process Manager.

His main activities, in addition to the qualitative control of all financial statements and tax returns of the firm, lie particularly in the development of cost accounting structures at clients, in the preparation of or support for the preparation of consolidated financial statements (domestically and abroad), in reorganisation consulting, as well as in start-up consulting.

About Dr Petra Müllner:

Dr. Petra Müllner's profile is very multifaceted: she was able to gather several years of experience in the financial controlling of an international corporation, followed by self-employment in 2009: leadership as managing partner of a publishing house was hugely formative, especially establishing a presence in the Swiss market. The introduction and growth of this multilingual medium brought Dr Müllner valuable expertise in negotiations with international decision-makers, team leadership, and process management.

All these skills recently proved valuable upon entering tax consulting, and ultimately RSB Austria Tax Partner.

The tax adviser examination was passed in 2016. Since then, the main activities have been the comprehensive tax support of clients, preparation of annual financial statements, quality assurance, process management of the firm, recruiting through to employee development, and general firm management.

Dr. Petra Müllner has focused on business formation and succession planning; furthermore, restructurings as well as commercial self-employed individuals and doctors are her core area. Dr Petra Müllner always carries out her work with passion and heart for both people and the law.
